3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

4. Loan Calculator and Estimates

Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting us; transactional communications related to an active inquiry may continue.
7. Intellectual Property
The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and software — are owned by or licensed to FieldService Capital and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, other than for your personal, non-commercial use of the site.

Lenders within FieldService Capital's network operate in accordance with applicable law, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, which prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or because all or part of an applicant's income derives from a public-assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. FieldService Capital does not warrant that any lender will approve any financing request or that any specific terms will be available.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldService Capital and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the site or services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FieldService Capital and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Governing Law; Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FieldService Capital maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
