FieldService Capital is a financing platform that connects qualified borrowers with licensed lenders and capital providers. Equal Credit Opportunity

Licensing
FieldService Capital connects borrowers with third-party lenders licensed in their respective jurisdictions. Lending licenses, where required, are held by the originating lenders, not by FieldService Capital. Availability of specific loan programs varies by state and property type.
Business-Purpose Financing
Many programs described on this site are designed for business, commercial, agricultural, or investment-purpose financing and are not consumer credit transactions subject to the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) or the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
